The hotel had a great breakfast selection with burritos, waffles, fruit, cereal, and more. The beds were comfy and the staff and other guests were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the opportunity to socialize and share meals with other guests.
The cleanliness of the hotel was a major issue. The rooms were dirty and messy, and there was a strong smell of weed throughout the hostel.

The Anderson Estates was an excellent value for my money. The room I stayed in, the cottage, was cozy with a comfortable bed and clean amenities. The location near the Expo line was very convenient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement in terms of variety and options.

The breakfast provided at this hotel was good and the swimming pool was a nice facility to have during my stay. Additionally, the staff members were friendly and accommodating.
My experience at this hotel was quite unpleasant. The cleanliness of the place was unacceptable, with filthy rooms and bathrooms that were not properly maintained.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with a short walk to the train station and easy access to various attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions. The breakfast selection was great, offering delicious options like burritos, waffles, and fruit. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the common areas were well maintained.
The noise level in the hotel was quite high, making it difficult for light sleepers like me to get a good night's rest.

I recently stayed at Anderson Estates for a few weeks and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The dorm room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and plenty of lighting options. The breakfast selection was amazing, with a wide variety of options including waffles, croissants, and delicious juices. I was pleasantly surprised to find that drinking water and laundry facilities were available for free. Considering the low price, it was a fantastic deal that included parking as well. I felt well taken care of during my stay.
I can recommend this hotel.

The resort-like amenities, including the enormous pristine pool and surround sound music, created a fun and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were well-appointed with luxurious beds and thoughtful details like individual plugs for each bunk bed. The daily cleaning routine was impressive, ensuring a fresh and clean environment. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a variety of choices that you wouldn't typically find in a hostel. my stay at Anderson Estates exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

Despite a few minor hiccups, our stay at the Anderson Estates was enjoyable. The beautiful mansion and guesthouse provided a spacious and comfortable environment. We appreciated the clean and comfortable beds, and the fact that our dorm room had its own bathroom was a bonus. The backyard and pool were a wonderful addition, allowing us to relax and unwind. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and we were happy to see they offered a Workaway program. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a pleasant change from the treatment we received elsewhere. The presence of two dogs and a cat made us feel right at home. If we find ourselves in need of accommodation in the area again, we will definitely consider returning to the Anderson Estates.
